Our Story: The Vision Behind Alhambra City Football Academy
Every great project begins with a vision—the conviction that opportunity should never expire with age. At Alhambra City Football Academy & Sports Consultancy Ltd, this principle unites its two founders, Juan David Alos Mosquera (CEO) and Carlos Rolando Romero Delgado (COO), two driven professionals who turned passion, experience, and determination into a movement for second chances in football.
David Alos, CEO and Co-Founder of Alhambra City Football Academy, is a football entrepreneur, academy coach, and former amateur player who understands the challenges faced by countless talented individuals once they turn 18.
Having spent years within the local football community in London and Spain, David witnessed a recurring truth: many players possess the skill, mentality, and drive, yet are overlooked simply because they have aged out of traditional academy systems.
His leadership and entrepreneurial approach shaped the foundation of Alhambra City Football Academy: a place where ambition is reignited and potential is given a new platform to grow.
Carlos Romero, COO and Co-Founder of Alhambra City Football Academy, holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and is a certified Personal Trainer.
His structured mindset, analytical thinking, and scientific approach to performance have become essential to the academy's philosophy.
Combining technical precision with a passion for human development, Carlos ensures that every player receives professional-level preparation - physically, tactically, and mentall - in an environment that mirrors the standards of elite football.

We accept players aged 18 and above who are serious about developing their football skills and pursuing opportunities in semi-professional football. Our programs are designed for post-academy players and adults looking for a second chance to reach their potential.
All experience levels are welcomed at A.C.F Academy. Whether you're returning to football after time away or looking to take your current skills to the next level, we assess each applicant individually during trials to place you in the most appropriate training tier for your development.
It costs £35 per training session to join the academy. This includes professional pathway perks as well as nutritional and sports science tailored guidance to help you reach your full potential.
Location will vary according to availability of the football pitch venue. Confirmation of the training session will be confirmed and announced to the players with enough anticipation so that the players can get ready.
Players should bring appropriate football boots, shin guards, training kit, water bottle, and any personal medical supplies needed. We'll provide detailed equipment requirements once you're registered. Weather-appropriate gear is also recommended for outdoor sessions.
We actively build relationships with semi-professional and professional clubs. Our coaching staff has extensive networks and regularly arranges showcase matches, trial opportunities, and direct introductions for our standout players. Your development and exposure are our priorities.
Yes, we conduct initial assessments to understand your current level, strengths, and areas for development. This helps us place you in the right training tier and create a personalized development plan. Contact us to schedule your assessment session.
We understand that life happens. Please communicate with your coach as early as possible if you need to miss a session. Consistent attendance is important for development, but we work with players who have genuine commitments. Regular absences may affect your progression and team selection.
